These terms apply when you use coloradocandleco.com or place an order with Colorado Candle Co.. Please read them, along with our shipping and returns policy and privacy policy.

Agreement
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Orders
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. When you complete checkout and your payment goes through, your order is confirmed and we email you a receipt. In rare cases we may still cancel an order, for example if a product becomes unavailable, if there's an error in a price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, and your card is charged when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already accepted.
Our products
We describe our candles as accurately as we can. Images on this site are illustrations, so the jar, label and wax you receive may look slightly different. Scent is personal, and how a candle smells can vary with the room and how it's burned. Burn times are estimates based on recommended burning practice.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, replacements, refunds and returns are covered by our shipping and returns policy, which is part of these terms.
Safe use
Candles are an open flame. Please follow the instructions on the label and on our candle care and safety page. Never leave a burning candle unattended. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for damage or injury caused by using a candle in a way that goes against these instructions.
Promotions
Promo codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless we say so, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.
Our content
The text, artwork, label designs, logos and other content on this site belong to Colorado Candle Co.. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to interfere with how it works, accessing it by automated means in a way that burdens it, or using it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the site and our products are provided "as is", without warranties beyond those stated in these terms and our policies. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
