The large burns for about 50–60 hours and the small for about 25–30 hours. You'll get the most out of either by burning it for three to four hours at a time and trimming the wick to ¼ inch before you light it.

We're based in Colorado. The candles are hand-poured in the USA by an established candle maker we partner with, who labels each one and ships it straight to you. More about how we work.

Shipping is a flat $7.95, and free on orders of $75 or more. Candles are made up and shipped within 2–5 business days, and most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of ordering. We ship to US addresses only for now. Shipping and returns.

Yes. Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout. Your receipt goes to your email, not theirs.

Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the damaged candle back.

Because each candle is made for your order and we can't resell one that's been opened, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If something is wrong with your candle, though, we'll make it right. See Shipping and returns.

Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll change or cancel it at no charge. Once it's being made, we can't stop it.

Please do. When about ½ inch of wax is left, stop burning it, then follow the steps on our candle care page to clean the jar out.
